Daedalus and Icarus – Greek Mythology

Daedalus, the great inventor, built by order of King Minos a labyrinth for the dreadful and horrendous Minotaur. No one had managed to get out of there, except for Theseus, who was helped by Ariadne, the king’s daughter…
When Minos found it out, he was enraged and decided to punish Daedalus and his son, Icarus, by having them locked in the labyrinth.
In order to escape, they made wings of wax. What would be the fate of Icarus, who wanted to fly higher and higher and reach the sun?
